Business Development Director
(Executive Director)
(Jan 2012 - Jul 2016)

In 2011, Clive was engaged by JSE listed Consolidated Infrastructure Group as the Executive Director of Business Development for its largest subsidiary CONCO. Owing to his diverse background in multiple organisations and sectors, the board felt his appointment to the company would be a value add and logical addition to the bench strength of the traditionally technically focused executive team.

Knowledge acquired: Enhancement of business development and pipeline management competencies. Development of long-term sales forecasting models. The process and intricacies of developing a robust network of partners in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. P & L management of a projectised business environment with appropriate risk identification, mitigation and management.  Embracing the concept of value engineering and continuously looking for ways to improve stakeholder value including developing new models for revenue enhancement and organisational realignment to gain operational efficiencies.
